The Customer Perception Survey also asks customers if they use the Internet for making purchases of your types of products, if they use email, for which purposes they use email and how often.

Easy To Use Applications

Our Customer Perception Survey strategy comes in two formats.

  • A software package where you download a form, print it, send it to your customers, compile the information and then return the file for our analysis. The software comes with a manual to take you through the software and provides some best practices.
  • An online survey that we, or you, can send to your customers.

While most clients only use the Customer Perception Survey process with their existing customers, it is feasible to obtain prospect lists and include them in the process.
